The Poland Development Gateway focuses on disseminating innovative and effective means of using the Internet for the benefit of society. It does this through offering services such as the eGovernment Competence Center, which offers information on using ICT solutions in public administration, e-learning courses on egovernment, and acting as an information and consulting point for local and regional governments. The Poland Development Gateway is led by EMCom, Ltd.
