The Croatia Development Gateway acts as a convergence point for other knowledge portals in Croatia. It focuses on tracking the implementation and deployment of ICT in Croatia, offering Internet to those unable to afford it, and establishing a Croatian Quality Network that encourages knowledge sharing among businesses. The Croatian Development Gateway is led by the Center for Information Technology Gateway.
